J.V. (Belgium) is the head of finance and operation of Eucojust. JV is responsible for contracting, project implementation and monitoring. JV has 20 years of experience in managing international projects and technical assistance programme funded by the EC and by international organisations. J.V. has a degree from the Solvay Business School of Brussels (University of Brussels). He speaks fluently French, English, and Dutch.

N.P. (Austria) is a Eucojust project manager. NP has proven project management skills including project management, organisation of international seminars and coordination of expert networks. NP brings to Eucojust more than 6 years of experience with EU institutions (EU Parliament, EC DEV and Aidco) and UNDP (Brussels and New York). She has a degree in Business Administration and a Master's in International Management. She speaks fluently English, French, and German.

A.F. (France) is a Eucojust project manager. AF has practical experience the management of international projects, the organisation of conferences and management of network of experts. Prior to joining Eucojust, AF worked with the EC Framework Contractors, IOM and Medecins Sans Frontieres. She has a master in European Studies and speaks fluently French, English and Spanish.

F.D. (Belgium) is the accountant of Eucojust. FD is a senior chartered accountant (IEC) and tax adviser. He has long term experience in the financial management of EC-funded projects and NGOs

L.B (Belgium) is the coordinator of Eucojust. He is an expert on measures against illicit trafficking. LB has 18 years experience in designing projects on justice, security and illicit drugs for the EC and several EU governments.  Before this, LB worked for UNODC in Colombia, Austria and Uzbekistan and managed an EC drug programme in Latvia. LB is an economist with a master degree in international relations. He speaks English, French and Spanish.

A.C. (France) is the manager of the financial crime unit of Eucojust. AC brings to Eucojust more than 30 years of expertise as former police officer specialist on measures against money laundering and terrorism financing (DCPJ). AC also worked for the International Technical Assistance Service of the French Police (SCTIP) in post in Mexico and in Bolivia and for the IMF and the WB. AC speaks fluently French and Spanish and English.

J. P.  (France) is a senior expert on financial crime.  J.P. brings to Eucojust more than 30 years of expertise as former French police officer specialist on measures against money laundering, frauds and corruption. He created and managed from 2004 to 2008 the Brigade Centrale de Lutte contre la Corruption of the French DCPJ.  He regularly carries international training on AML and anticorruption.

T.M. (United Kingdom) is a specialist on maritime trafficking. He was a senior manager for the Serious Organised Crime Agency before being appointed the first Executive Director of Maritime Analysis and Operations Centre – Narcotics (MAOC-N) based in Lisbon. TM has in-depth knowledge of Caribbean and African criminal networks and has practical experience in managing anti drug operations.
